All consultations are conducted by independent, verified homeopathic practitioners. VitaHomeo acts solely as a technological facilitator and is not liable for the medical advice, recommendations, or treatment outcomes provided by doctors.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, designs, and technology on this platform are owned by VitaHomeo and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
