Refund Policy

1. Consultation Refund Eligibility
A full refund will be issued if your booked doctor fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, or if the consultation cannot be conducted due to a technical issue on our platform.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for consultations that have already been completed, or if you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without cancelling at least 12 hours in advance.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a consultation up to 12 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at +91 77659 91145 or email vitahomeo15@gmail.com within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation, detailing your booking reference and reason.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
